Our team

Under the direction of Michael Hesketh, President and Owner, Superb is managed by a team of highly–experienced, senior professionals. Our seasoned management team has an average of 25 years of industry experience, and bring with them expertise from many different areas of business: operations and production, engineering and systems, manufacturing, finance, sales, and account management.

Michael Hesketh

President and Owner

Michael has over 25 years of industry experience and is responsible for overseeing the company’s management team, leading the company’s strategic planning initiatives, and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the company’s core competencies.

Prior to joining Superb in January 2009, Michael held senior management roles at the Guardian Electric Manufacturing Company and Thomson Industries, Inc., where he developed and managed global manufacturing and production operations in the U.S., Singapore, Malaysia, and Mexico.

With significant experience in Lean production, change management, and business operations, Michael maintains a process focus to ensure customers receive quality and value.

Michael earned a degree in manufacturing engineering from Miami University and completed graduate coursework in Business at Case Western Reserve University.

Jason Hesketh

Vice President

Jason is the Vice President of Superb IPC. In this role, he assists in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, developing performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction, and analyzing Superb’s financial performance. He is also responsible for senior-level people strategy, including development of company culture and engagement programs, managing the compensation and benefit strategy, overseeing the employee relations and compliance function, and recruiting and talent management programs.


Prior to Superb IPC, Jason worked in investment banking for Dickinson Williams & Company in Richmond, VA and for Emerald Advisors in New Albany, IN.


Jason earned his B.A. in from Washington and Lee University, where he studied finance and philosophy. He is currently an MBA candidate at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.

James Heady

Facilities Manager

James has over 21 years of industry experience with Superb IPC. He installed nearly all of the equipment in the facility and leads a maintenance team dedicated to preventative maintenance to assure processes are in control. His team is responsible for all mechanical and electrical facility construction, modifications, installations, rack and tooling fabrication/welding, and calibration.


Prior to his maintenance and facilities role, James was Lead Painter on one of our lines. He has extensive first-hand knowledge of the critical requirements for effective automated and hand gun coating.

James is certified in HVAC servicing with Esco Institute and received Management training from Semenick and Associates.
