Jason Hesketh, CPA, MBA
President & Co-Owner
Jason is the President and Co-Owner of Superb IPC. Jason joined the company in 2015 and served as vice president of the company for 7 years. He also served as Director of Finance and Human Resources at Superb IPC.
Jason is responsible for overseeing the company’s management team, leading the company’s strategic planning initiatives, and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the company’s core competencies.
Prior to Superb IPC, Jason worked in investment banking for Dickinson Williams & Company, and also worked for Emerald Advisors and UBS Financial Services.
Jason earned his MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and his B.A. from Washington and Lee University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Hesketh
Vice President & Co-Owner
Michael is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Superb IPC. Mike is a Co-Founder of the company and served as President of Superb IPC from 2010 to 2024. Mike has over 30 years of industry experience. Mike is primarily responsible for sales in his new position.
Prior to joining Superb in January 2009, Michael held senior management roles at the Guardian Electric Manufacturing Company and Thomson Industries, Inc., where he developed and managed global manufacturing and production operations in the U.S., Singapore, Malaysia, and Mexico.
Mike is very actively involved in the community. He serves as Board Member, Program Oversight Committee Chair at KentuckianaWorksKentuckianaWorks; Head Start, Policy Council Chair at OVECOVEC; Committee Member at the Prichard Committee; Local Labs of Learning (L3) - Co-Chair at Shelby County Public Schools; and Kentucky United We Learn Council Member at the Kentucky Department of Education.
Michael earned a degree in manufacturing engineering from Miami University and completed graduate coursework in Business at Case Western Reserve University.
James Heady
Facilities Manager
James has over 25 years of industry experience with Superb IPC. He installed nearly all of the equipment in the facility and leads a maintenance team dedicated to preventative maintenance to assure processes are in control. His team is responsible for all mechanical and electrical facility construction, modifications, installations, rack and tooling fabrication/welding, and calibration.
Prior to his maintenance and facilities role, James was Lead Painter on one of our lines. He has extensive first-hand knowledge of the critical requirements for effective automated and hand gun coating.
James is certified in HVAC servicing with Esco Institute and received Management training from Semenick and Associates.
