Jason is the Co–Owner and Director of Finance and Human Resources of Superb IPC. In this role, he assists in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, developing performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction, and analyzing Superb’s financial performance. He is also responsible for senior-level people strategy, including development of company culture and engagement programs, managing the compensation and benefit strategy, overseeing the employee relations and compliance function, and recruiting and talent management programs.
Prior to Superb IPC, Jason worked in investment banking for Dickinson Williams & Company in Richmond, VA and for Emerald Advisors in New Albany, IN.
Jason is actively involved in the Louisville community as a member of the Louisville Parks Foundation Board of Directors and the University of Louisville Family Business Center Next Generation Roundtable. Jason formerly served on the Young Professionals Association of Louisville Board of Directors, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana Big Leadership Team, the Louisville Public Media Community Advisory Board, the [give] 502 Grants Committee, the Young Leaders Institute Selection Committee, and One Southern Indiana.
Jason earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Washington and Lee University, where he studied finance and philosophy. He is currently enrolled at Bellarmine University to receive a B.A. in accounting. Jason has also received Lean Manufacturing training from the Institute for Lean Systems, management training from Semenick and Associates, and he is a graduate of the Ignite Louisville leadership program.
